FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in the fact that I will go above and beyond in the design aspects of your personalized project. I don’t charge for any of our design consultations or revisions (depending on whether or not the parts changed have already been made)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to me that I understand completely the ideas you as a customer have. I will sit down with you and discuss any essential aspects of the project that you need to have incorporated, from there I will explain simple functionality issues that may arise and essential design modifications if necessary in order to be up to code and structurally sound. This is your project and I take pride in the relationship we can build by achieving outstanding results for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied construction management and architectural design. Throughout my schooling I was actively engaged in the vocational woodworking department. After graduation I studied alongside 3 separate journeyman carpenters at an architectural woodwork shop building custom high end installations for the LDS temples.
