The quality of his work was excellent—he installed the replacement flooring planks so seamlessly that you honestly can’t tell any part of the floor was replaced. During the initial phase of the job, after removing the old planks and opening the underlayment, we discovered a spot in the subfloor with high moisture readings. I discussed it with him, and he handled the situation very professionally. He agreed it was best to wait two days to allow the subfloor to fully dry and came back later to complete the work. He did not charge anything extra for the second visit, which I really appreciated. He also gave very helpful advice regarding repairing the exterior wall paint. He explained that it wasn’t a good time to do it because the walls could freeze overnight, which would affect how the paint dries, and recommended waiting until March or April. That advice helped us avoid unnecessary work and costs. Overall, he was reliable, honest, and did high-quality work. I would definitely recommend him and would hire him again."See more
