  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We use a clear and direct pricing structure. Up to 600 sq. ft. $995 for staging term of 45 days Up to 1,200 sq. ft. $1,295 for staging term of 90 days Up to 1,400 sq. ft. $1,895 for staging term of 90 days Up to 2,000 sq. ft. $2,195 for staging term of 90 days Up to 2,500 sq. ft $2,695 for staging term of 90 days Up to 2,700 sq. ft. $3,295 for staging term of 90 days Staging renewal for continued rental of contents beyond the first 90 days. 40% of initial staging fee for each 45 day term of renewal. No Rental Fee on Content for 90 Day Grace Period. Clear, Direct & Simple staging fee structure. Provide by the areas largest and staging service provider. All our contents are owned not rented. Fully staffed with professional installation team and designers to accommodate your schedule.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    As a new staging client there are 4 simple steps to complete your staging requests. We need; 1-Property Description - ie; number of living spaces, dining spaces, bedrooms etc. 2-Property square footage overall - this is to determine content not price. 3-Target listing date or installation date for the property. 4- We need advance photos or to schedule a property evaluation if larger than 2000 sq.ft. Email address, contact telephone number. All of the above details will allow us to provide an accurate quote immediately which will be submitted via email for client acceptance and the scheduling.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Training and education are always part of what we do. I am always searching for what is new that my clients can be a part of. Our designers are all professionally educate in our field and maintain constant continuing educational opportunities to stay at the top of our profession.
