Matts Tree Service outshines it competitors in every department for a local landscaping company: Their crew is hardworking and straight-forward, leaving your lawn or property cleaner than it was before they arrived, getting the job done efficiently and well within the time frame elected, and the whole crew had a refreshingly positive attitude/vibe about them. I would highly recommend Matts Tree Service to anyone in King County, Washington. Whether you are looking for tree/hedge removal, stubborn stump grinding, or standard landscaping services on a new property, these guys will lay it all out on the table and accomplish exactly what you decide with them to set out to do, no gimmicks or hidden costs. The best part: They leave behind no sign that the equipment or debris was ever there. I have personally seen neighbors and friends opt for the cheapest bid on a project with no second thought to quality of work or time frame, resulting in horrible damage and ensueing expenses. One elderly friend of mine needed one tree from her front yard removed and opted for a local company who proposed to her a very low bid on the removal. What she failed to notice was that this said company was minimally insured as well. THREE DAYS! into the removal they left at the end of the work day leaving nearly half the tree still intact and upon exiting with their chip truck, dug two severe trenches into her perfectly manicured front lawn, damaging the expensive underground french sewage system. On the fourth day, the company finally finished the job but the aftermath was worse than the original problem trees existance. A dug up yard, chunks of wood and debri littering the front yard, and angry neighbors on both sides from days of loud machinery. I went to speak with the distrought woman and gave her a Matts Tree Service Flyer. She followed up with them to basically finish what the other company had left undone, they took out the stump, removed the unwanted brush and debris, and left the lawn seemingly untouched in the process. My friend could not have been happier and promised to recommend Matts Tree Service to all of her friends. Landscaping work and tree removal is not cheap these days, there is no getting around that. But when it needs done, it simply needs done. I would well advise you to choose carefully who you have come to your home or business and pay hard earned money to commit these services. With Matts Tree Service, you are guaranteed only the best results, highest qualifications, and straightforward integrity. And if you end up as pleased as me and my friends have been with their work, make sure to pass it on!

Matts tree service is a great company and it was a joy to work with them. Alex is a great boss and conduct business in a professional manner. They do great work and have great safe employees that love there job. Thanks Alex and Barbara for getting me into tree work and teaching me so much. It was a joy to work for you and I'll be in tree work till I can't do it any more.

These guys are straight pros. Fist they set up a bid, then they sent a professional email with proof of license/bonding to give me peace of mind. Then they showed up right when they said they would. It was pouring rain, but that didn't stop the crew one bit. The work they were able to do in 4 hours was mind blowing. Removed two 50 foot cedars and a pear tree and left my driveway cleaner than it was before. The price was super reasonable too. For the amount of machinery, guys and equipment they needed to do the job, I thought is was a great value. Couldn't recommend Matt's Tree Service any more highly.

Matts Tree Service did a fantastic job taking care of our property! We had several fruit trees in need of a touch up and one scary dead tree within falling distance of the house that needed to be removed. At the end of the day they left our yard spotless and will be having them back out in the future!

The crew today that did my work was awesome and left my yard cleaner than it was before they came! Alex Lasko was great with bidding and information, the office staff was great and made scheduling a breeze. And the onsite crew led by Tom (only name I got) was awesome. They even helped me split the huge heavy rounds into reasonable sizes I can deal with later. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
