FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for and read the reviews on websites like googlemaps, etc. Don't hire trainers or fitness professionals that work in large corporate owned gym chains. Chains such as Ballys, 24 Hour Fitness, and La Fitness, tend to hire trainers that are fresh out of school, or even with zero experience or education at all, and tend to have a very high turnover rate of employees. Look for locally owned businesses. If you're training with one of the owners, you know they aren't going anywhere, plus you know that if they've grown to the point as a trainer of owning their own business, they must be very good and confident in their abilities as a trainer. Also find a trainer that specializes in group training. It is more affordable, more fun, more effective, and has a more flexible schedule than one on one training.
