- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Besides being locally owned and operated, Dryer Fire Fighters is affordable! We work within your budget and ensure you achieve peace of mind that not only is your dryer running as efficiently as possible, it won't pose a fire risk to your family and home. We often offer discounts, so please ask about this month's special!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we arrive at your property, we will do a walk-around with you to gain an overall understanding of your dryer exhaust system. We listen actively about your concerns and answer all your questions before we get started - taking precise measurements before and after our service so you can inspect our work and know we provide great service and value. Our jobs typically only take 1-1.5 hours and are extremely affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are Certified Dryer Exhaust Technicians as recognized by the Chimney Institute of America (CSIA). Please contact us for more information.
