- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive pricing and the experience that brings quality work along with it, we do charge a small delivery fee if the customer wants us to bring and pick up the materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves a conversation about what the customer wants done, honest and upfront pricing and estimates. And building a good relationship to make it a smooth experience and no stress for the customer while we finish their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked construction since I was 16 and have 10 years experience, I work along side a small crew who have more experience than myself.
