Our home here in Auburn, WA was built in 1963, and built well. However in 2025 it needed a little "modernizing" to put it mildly, and especially the lower level. The ceilings were still the original suspended acoustical type and I thought it nearly an impossible task. I turned to Hector and Esther for help and I cannot say enough for the finished job; bathroom, flooring, drywall, carpet and paint inside and out. Even the landscaping was accomplished beyond my expectations! See the pics, see for yourself the work quality.
