Nola and her staff did such a fantastic job catering our wedding. From helping us plan to menu, providing a delicious tasting, answering questions about logistics and dietary restrictions, and providing stellar food and customer service to the day of the wedding, Nola and her team went above and beyond to make our day special. Our main entrée was fig balsamic glazed wild BBQ salmon with mango kiwi salsa. I wish I could make something this delicious myself, because it was amazing. Our salad consisted of organic mixed greens with julienned apple, shaved fennel, herbed crouton, and a really light but creamy bleu cheese dressing. They even made a separate salad with a different dressing for our dairy-free guests. The guest (and groom’s) favorite was our side: Beecher’s mac and cheese. So good! It was very stormy the day of our wedding, and a lot of things went wrong for us. Nola and her team went beyond the call of duty and helped out where they shouldn’t have needed to. They kept an incredibly positive attitude the entire time, conversed with guests, and helped reassure an incredibly stressed-out bride. The only complaint I heard from any guests was the portion-control at the buffet, but with a buffet we personally feel that was probably necessary. I had been concerned that people would take more than their fair share and leave guests at the end of the line with no food, and I’m sure that was the whole reason for starting out with smaller portions. I also heard that guests were invited to come back for seconds once everybody had been served, so I’m sure everyone got enough food. Overall, we were more than satisfied with Nola, her team, and the food. The food was everything we had hoped for, and the service was outstanding. We recommend them to anybody planning a wedding or other event.
I can't say enough good things about Shelby at Shine Event Design. Let's just say...I already miss our daily chats as we planned my wedding! Shelby is professional and thinks about every little detail. She knows how to listen to a clients ideas and make them a reality. When I walked into our venue on my wedding day I was in tears....it was everything I imagined. We planned everything long distance and there was NO way I could have pulled off such an elegant and elaborate wedding at Chambers Bay Golf course without her help. Michelle and her team did an amazing job on my wedding for having such short notice to plan. She was very helpful getting my taste to show through with my decor. My wedding was on May 6th , 2017 and I had to write a review 3 days later because Kari is so amazing!! I found Kari (my I-Do) on thumbtack and basically told her that “we would like to get married in 7 weeks and we have no venue or really any idea on what we want!” She was up for it! The hardest part was that I was not living in Washington until the week of our wedding so we did everything via phone and email. Her communication from the very beginning was so impressive and she had so much experience and was so organized that it was impossible to not trust her completely. She did visit two venues with us (I made it up to WA for the venue views) and she asked all of the questions and took notes and did her thing. We ended up picking Willows Lodge for our venue and had an outdoor ceremony for 40 people. Kari literally did all of the planning for us. I gave her a few pictures of what I liked for flowers, bouquets, overall look and of course, she put together exactly what I wanted and did all of my centerpieces, decorating, everything! Our wedding was absolutely stunning because of Kari. She helped us find the photographer, the officiate, flowers, rental company for centerpieces (which she did all on her own), our quartet, and planned our rehearsal dinner. I just couldn’t have planned a wedding while trying to move out of state and working full time and Kari made my dream wedding happen without making me stress and worry. I was the calmest bride on my wedding day because I knew that Kari would make it perfect…and she did. Thank you Kari for being an amazing wedding planner but also a good person. Working with Mardes is great! Mary is so wonderful to with with. She kept me organized and extend the discounts she got as a vendor to me. Also, I love the designs she can't up with for my wedding they looked great and were in my budget. I would definitely use them again!

I have been at a couple different events Katy has taken part in planning, one of which was my own wedding. Katy has an ability to listen to what you want and then find a way of making it happen. She cares about the little things that make it special to you, and takes the time to make you feel heard. One of my favorite examples of this was how she thought ahead about photos that would mean the most to us. On the day of my wedding when everything was moving so fast, she had me stop and take a photo in memory of a friend I lost when I was younger. This photo is something I would have never thought of doing but is a photo I needed and one that will travel with me everywhere. Katy has a way of making each event feel individual but knows how to do it with out blowing your budget. Katy was always available to answer questions and give insight when I needed it. She was supportive with out being pushy and made my day of feel seamless.
We had a great wedding in early August thanks to Ruti at Events-4life. She helped us keep track of all the multitude of little things that needed taking care of, provided insight and suggestions into little things we hadn't even thought of, and helped keep the event planning on track. She was also in charge of decorating the event, and made everything look beautiful and elegant at a fraction of the cost of other providers. Then, to top that off, she did an outstanding job coordinating the day of the event, including dealing with some unexpected complications, all without us having to worry about it, allowing us to enjoy our day to the fullest. It would definitely have been much a more stressful, less organized, and much less pretty affair without her. Ruti, we can't thank you enough for all the help.

Amanda was invaluable on our wedding day. She kept track of the schedule, the vendors and coordinated everything flawlessly with them. We just had to show up and enjoy the day! For the centerpieces and other decorations I just had to describe my ideas to her and provide her with the materials and she arranged everything just so. I would definitely recommend Amanda to any bride-to-be.

Kyro is an amazing wedding planner and I highly recommend her!!!! My fiancé and I had originally planned our wedding ceremony, a year in advanced in Puerto Rico on 12nov17, but due to hurricane Maria, we decided to cancel the Wedding and move it to my hometown in Tacoma Washington. That left us about a month to plan a whole new wedding in a different area. I found kyro on thumbtack and she is amazing! Not only did we have to plan a wedding in a month, she helped my coordinate everything via email while I am stationed in italy ( active duty Air Force). The very first time I met her and talked to her was at my rehearsal, the day before the Wedding and everything fell in place well before I arrived on 8 nov 17. She made all the planning so personal, very responsive via emails and kept me updated with everything she was working on. She gave her opinion on things that were very helpful and kept things running very smoothly esp with coordinating with vendors. She is very personable, attentive, professional and friendly. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Cherelle and her husband Igor. I had the lovely opportunity to work with Cherelle after finding her on Craigslist. With a very tight budget for our wedding I did not think I could afford a wedding decorator but decided to reach out to her and at least ask. She said she could work with any budget and definitely worked with mine. Throughout the whole process from start to finish Cherelle has been amazing! I am a very picky and indecisive person and Cherelle helped me find my vision for our wedding. She texted me very often her ideas and sent pictures of DIYs she did for our wedding. She even stopped by my house 3 days before the wedding to pick up extra flowers I had picked from my parents garden to use for the wedding since I could not exceed my budget for more floral and wanted bigger centerpieces. She never once made me feel bad about being on such a limited budget and instead helped brainstrom ideas to find alternative options to create my vision of the wedding. I loved how she responded very quickly to all my emails and text and really helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders. As a bride, I had so much on my plate, it was nice to have someone that was my go to person for the decorating. I received a great amount of compliments on our decor and am so blessed to have worked with such a passionate person who truly went above and beyond! Not only was Cherelle professional throughout the entire process, she is such a genuine person and made me feel like I was planning my wedding with a friend and just bouncing ideas off each other. She made the experience fun and it was so exciting to see the finished piece of art on our wedding day. Without using her services, I know my wedding would not have been as beautiful or even close to it. I highly, HIGHLY recommend her services. Karrie was my day-of coordinator and she was wonderful! Karrie knew exactly how I wanted my day to unfold and made sure it even exceeded my expectations! Karrie not only set up my decor the way that I envisioned it, she went above and beyond to fill in a few areas that I hadn't thought about. I don't know how she did it but everything looked amazing!! She also coordinated with my photographer to make sure I had photos of the venue and decor--something that I didn't think of ahead of time but am so glad to have now. Karrie was really amazing with the flow of the actual day as well. I didn't have to think about our cousin in the bridal party who was arriving late because she had a plan for him. I didn't have to worry about if our readers knew where they needed to be or what they needed to be doing be used she had a plan for them as well. I was able to completely enjoy the morning of my wedding, the entire getting-ready process, the ceremony, and the whole reception without once worrying about anything. Karrie made it clear to other vendors and anyone with questions that she was the main point of contact and that allowed me to have a stress-free and perfect wedding day! Not only did Karrie ensure that my wedding day was perfect but the entire process leading up to the big day was seamless, stress-free, and FUN! I always had a great time meeting with Karrie and she always made me feel less stressed about planning my wedding. From the beginning, I knew I was in good hands and, throughout the entire planning process as well as my wedding day, Karrie proved that I was lucky to have found her. Piece of Cake helped plan and coordinate my brother's wedding, and I don't think we could have done it without her! There were so many details that easily could have been missed, but her attention to detail and thorough planning made everything go off without a hitch. Ashley with On Point Productions was the BEST decision I made for the entire wedding, seriously! I initially was thinking this was just someone to help set up, work with the vendors to show them where to set up, and check out of the venue for us, no biggie, just less stress. BUT Ashley seriously was our rescuer on our wedding day!!! When the decorator called 15min before she was supposed to be there to say that she wouldn’t be able to decorate (I was having a mental breakdown), Ashley and her team jumped into the decorator’s job and worked with what we had to make it happen. When the toilet was overflowing in the bathroom, Ashley said, don’t worry, I’ll get someone to take care of it. All of that in addition to setting up and packing up, no additional family stress. Knowing what I know now of how awesome she is, I would have had her take on all the decorations as well! You never know what will happen on your wedding day, and trust me you don’t want to deal with it, and Ashley is there to make it the best time ever, not a stressful day. For any future event, she will be my go to! I highly, highly recommend her!
Hannah was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding in Sept, 2015. She was professional, friendly to all (guests, family, and vendors), and always calm. I had a large wedding, with a huge wedding party, and there a few decorating mishaps along the way. But Hannah dealt with everything with wit, poise, and firmness.
