- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always find a common language with new clients in a chat or over the phone. We always take into account the client’s wishes and, if possible, offer discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our specialists have received training in large moving companies. They have also been working with us for more than 2 years and have experience in safe loading and unloading of things. And our drivers are the best in the business and also participate in loading and unloading. Everyone’s treatment is different.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At first, we only loaded and unloaded cars. That is, we did not have our own transport. But then this inspired us a lot and we began to provide a small cargo van for clients.
