The team at Baikal did a wonderful job with our floating shelves. We needed one shelf adjusted and another installed, and while a few challenges came up during the process, they handled everything with calm, on-the-spot problem solving and clear communication at every step. They were incredibly detail-oriented, which was very important to me, and they kept me informed whenever an issue arose. The project did take longer than expected and cost a bit more as a result, but we’re very happy with the final outcome and the quality of their work.
