We needed a board replaced under our kitchen sink. They had all the materials and worked well together. I asked for a cabinet door to be adjusted and he not only took time to make sure it was done right, but then checked our other cabinet doors too.

We hired this team to replace our range hood, range, and dishwasher. Although we ran into quite a few unexpected issues during the installation process, they patiently worked through every single one and made sure everything was resolved properly. The team at Baikal did a wonderful job with our floating shelves. We needed one shelf adjusted and another installed, and while a few challenges came up during the process, they handled everything with calm, on-the-spot problem solving and clear communication at every step. They were incredibly detail-oriented, which was very important to me, and they kept me informed whenever an issue arose. The project did take longer than expected and cost a bit more as a result, but we’re very happy with the final outcome and the quality of their work.
