- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is being based on the quality of my products and mainly on my service. I always try to do my best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have my first contact with my clients, I always ask they how often they want the cleaning, what the house is like, if have pets, would like to use the special floor products that they have at home, everyone the details are important, so there is no lack of communication and that I can exceed their expectations and mine, because both have to be satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the country where I was born, I know I learned about working at home and keeping my work clean and organized.
