Paul and Stephanie are a lovely team that have been our go-to team in the Seattle area for amazing food and a lovely dining experience. We first met and hired them in 2012 for our wedding for 100 guests, and have since then used them on several occasions for private dining catering for my husband and myself. They are a very professional team that create some of the most unique and delicious dishes I've ever had. We worked closely with them to create a special gastro-pub style menu for our wedding, but have since given them free reign to develop their own menus as a surprise for us and we've never, ever been anything short of amazed at the quality and uniqueness of the meals they've prepared. What's even more amazing to me is that getting to work with such a friendly team that can produce such high quality meals can still be really affordable. For what they bring to the table (no pun intended ;) ), you'd be hard pressed to find a better team to work with.

Everything was easy from the start with Nola. We were living in Denver and planning a Seattle wedding on a tight budget. It can be hard finding all the right vendors from a different state as we discovered but wasn't once we got on Thumbtack and Nola responded to our catering request. Her menus were the right mix of interesting, fresh and summery with NW focus. Our tasting weekend in Seattle started out rough with a couple other companies that were not as we expected and then we arrived at Nola. From the moment we set foot in her place she exceeded our expectations for food and professionalism. First the food was fresh and delish! We had Salmon with a lovely mango-kiwi salsa, mini peppers stuffed with a blend of goat cheese, asparagus and herbs and her mixed greens with candied pecans, pecorino and pears. All was made to order for us by Nola in her kitchen as we dinned at her table set like a fancy restaraunt overlooking Puget sound. The presentation was simple yet beautiful. She uses the natural food colors to set the plate for an appealing and tasty treat for the senses. She is very organized and with many years of experience. She truly enjoys her career and wants you to have the best. We were impressed with her attention to details of the wedding from the ceremony through the reception. She was genuinely interested in creating a perfect day with us. She was a perfect fit for us because she was not only flexible with our needs but a great resource for ideas. Britta was beyond wonderful! We had a really hard venue to work with, with non responsive staff, making it VERY hard to plan. Britta went above and beyond with meeting us and helping us get everything worked out. She was always in touch and quick to respond to any emails or calls. The day of was even better! She made sure every vendor was doing what they were supposed to, she managed the entire day, and kept us both fully informed of anything important happening that we needed to know about. I've referred her to a friend, and I would refer her to a thousand more! Hiring a wedding planner was never part of my plan, but when I ran into issues and wanted help, she was there and jumped right in. I'm so glad my plans changed and I got to met and hire her! Best wedding decision we made!

Shelby, from Shine Event Design is absolutely amazing. My mom and I hired Shelby to do the overall design and floral arrangements for my wedding this October at Salish Lodge, and we were absolutely blown away by the service and results we received. My vision and preferences were entirely realized and Shelby is a gem to work with. She is very responsive, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, and she is comes up with beautiful, unique, and creative ideas. Fitsum has helped me tremendously with my wedding planning. Our wedding is not until May, but I felt the need to give her awesome reviews because she is just great at what she does and I wouldn't know what we would do without her. My fiancé and I have never planned a wedding before, so we have no idea what we needed to do. We thought that since we are having a destination wedding then it will be easier to plan everything, but we were wrong. There was so much stuff we didn't know and Fitsum has helped us tremendously even with a short time frame of 6 months. She helped us plan our at home reception and we can just focus in our destination wedding. She is easy to contact and easy to work with. She always respond to my emails and questions within a day, not only that she gave us great recommendations and tips. She also helped us pick out and reach out to our venues. She definitely has help relieve a lot of stress prior to our wedding and I couldn't have ask for a better wedding planner. We highly recommend her to anyone that we know!

    I highly recommend Blue Wings Wedding & Events. Angela was amazing ! My daughter had her wedding at the Kitsap Memorial State Park in August 2016. Angela is such a wonderful wedding planner that it was basically worry free. As being mother-of-the-bride, you usually have to worry about everything. Throughout the planning process, Angela was attentive, organized and resourceful. She helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources to keep my daughter and now son-in-law on track for their big day. She took the reigns on their rehearsal day and made sure all of the wedding party knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On my daughters wedding day, I knew that I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Angela was there to make sure everything was perfect with every little detail through every step of the way. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Angela being part of our daughters special day. We will definitely have her plan our second daughters wedding in the near future. We couldn't have done it without her.

    I would not have been able to pull off my wedding vision without Brittany! She was extremely professional and knew all the of right things to ask. She helped call all my vendors and confirm details, as well as take my 8 boxes of DIY wedding decor and set it up PERFECTLY the day of my wedding. I literally wouldn't have had the wedding of my dreams, and it wouldn't have gone so well if i didn't have Brittany! I high recommend her, and coming from a Bride who is a manager for a large national company in customer service, I would give Brittany 6 stars instead of 5. Thank you Brittany for going above and beyond, and making my wedding day everything i could have ever hoped for!

    My husband and I didn’t plan on having a big, exuberant wedding. We wanted something small and intimate, but also special. Bianca handled everything with grace and made the day perfect! With just a month or so notice she was able to pull everything together and truly wowed us. She is extremely empathetic to where I felt like she could read my mind and knew just what to say and recommend to where I didn’t have to be stressed on our big day. I couldn’t have asked for a better planner.

    Steven helped me with planning a birthday party located in Tacoma WA at the Start Center facility. We worked on it for about 3 to 4 days;he put in long hours in making centerpieces look fabulous for the set the theme of the event.     Marie did an excellent job planning and coordinating our wedding. Its been about two months since we got married we're still getting compliments on how fun, smooth and SEAMLESS our wedding was. Everyone kept saying our wedding was one of the best and beautiful they've been too and I give Marie a lot of credit for this. I hired Marie as our planner as well and she will go above and beyond to meet your needs. She helped me with our overall theme of the wedding from decorations, invitations, to the timeline.
