He cleaned my rental roof for moss. He was very clean and sprayed it to protect from moss again. Highly recommend. Nice price.
I had Noble Exterior Services restore my old cedar siding. They used just the right cleaning and brightening products to get the siding back to a fresh from the mill look. Careful concern was used not to put too much pressure on the soft cedar. These guys were extremely professional and hard working. Happy to have them back anytime!
Sam responded with a quote to haul some old furniture away. I called him to advise we need a trailer vs. a truck bed. He said no problem and gave me an updated reasonable quote including dump fees. He showed up on Saturday and 5 minutes later was driving off with 3 pieces of furniture plus an old vacuum and toaster oven. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
We cannot speak highly enough about the job that Cam and Emily did in painting our entire exterior. When we purchased our house, the exterior had been neglected for a number of years. Prior to painting, significant sanding of custom molding and traditional wood-framed windows was required. Additionally, landscape was overgrown, gutters were clogged, and deck suffered from damaged boards. Cam and Emily did an impeccable job of completing all of the repairs and meticulously preparing the cedar siding for new paint. They took great care in highlighting the architectural features of the house. Throughout the process, Cam and Emily were incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring all of our needs were met and nothing was missed. Three months and many rainstorms later, the paint on the house and deck still look fantastic. The results speak for themselves and are a testament to their philosophy of focusing on a single project at a time. Cam and Emily work with integrity and we give them our highest recommendation to anyone looking for help on painting/remodeling projects.
Jorge and his crew did a really nice job for a very reasonable price. They installed insulation, hung and taped drywall (with a smooth finish), painted the exterior and painted the interior of a garage-turned-studio / workshop. I am a bit of a 'perfectionist on a budget'... so probably the most annoying kind of customer to work with. And while I did have to make a few requests throughout the job that I thought were sort of obvious (like covering the garage doors in plastic because the black exterior paint was misting on them), they were always very accommodating and wanted me to be satisfied with the project. So just be very specific at the beginning about your expectations and tell Jorge if anything comes up that you're not satisfied with, and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the end result. One example... the floor was left with white drywall dust and mud splatters on the concrete (even though I had mentioned that it was our final flooring and not going to be covered up), and when I texted Jorge about it, his wife called me right away and they came over that evening to scrub it clean. They are really nice people to work with, and it's apparent that they care about their customers. I would work with them again on future projects.
I hired Anthony to do rehab work on an investment property (a condo) which involved reinforcing and leveling a subfloor and installing cork flooring. He also installed appliances and a new bathroom cabinet, countertop and faucet, and did tile repair and trim work. Any miscellaneous problems that arose due to its being a 1970s condo (like crumbling subfloor, leaking valves etc.) he was also able to take care of. I found him to be professional, communicative and reasonably priced. He worked fast and to a consistently high standard. I will certainly offer work to Anthony in the future and I'd recommend him to others.
Mr. Gomez is the best professional and responsible contractor I have hired in over 50 years of owning a home. He is the only bidder that I have seen that first spray paints, rolls the paint to work it into the surface, and then sprays a second time. His rates are very competitive and I would recommend him very highly.
Jack, of All In Construction & Landscaping responded within minutes of me placing an invitation for a bid on a backyard fence. Within an hour both Jack and Forrest arrived to look over my needs and give quote for a fence installation, including a gate and removal and disposal of the existing fence. I liked their bid so contracted with them for a new fence. The installation took only 2 days and the fence is beautiful. They completed the fence while I was at work and when I arrived home they had removed all the old fence material, raked out the dirt from the posts installation, and cleaned up all excess material. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the beauty of the fence. Plus, Jack and Forrest were friendly, engaging and professional. I highly recommend All In Construction & Landscaping as I am a very satisfied customer.
We had Jeff paint our 1100' condo, including the popcorn ceiling and new window and door trim. His bid was very reasonable and he was certain he could paint the ceiling with a roller. After painting the master bedroom with a roller, he decided he would have to spray the rest. So the job took a little longer than he planned. He believed the bid did not include separate color for the bathrooms and kitchen although we thought that was clear. So he charged us a little more which was ok. After he left, along with his helper, we had some laundry to do and noticed the dryer vent had not been reattached. So I did that (although not easy for me to crawl behind the washer and dryer at my age). Anyway, the work he did was very good and we are very satisfied. Just make sure he turns on country music...he talks to himself less that way!
Very professional. Showed up at my house same day to offer a quote. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive landscape service. Team of three did a big cleanup to remove moss and debris. Cirino will maintain our yard during the summer season too.
During a full week of heavy rainfall we had a flood happen in our newly finished basement of our 1942 home which had been recently remodeled with an additional story. Needless to say I was extremely stressed as our carpets were soaked and I had no idea how the water had come into our basement. That same night I contacted Robert via email (found his services on Thumbtack) and he immediately responded and personally came to our house the next morning to view the damages. He had a restoration company come out that same day to pull out the carpet pads and dry out our basement. A few days later, after the basement was dried out, Robert personally came back out to investigate the cause of the water intrusion. With the added story to our house our fear was that the additional weight had cracked the foundation. But after pulling out the drywall he noticed the insulation around our old, unused chimney was soaked. There were also old water stains coming out of our old furnace flue which was connected to the old chimney. Robert proceeded to go outside and do numerous tests around the foundation as well as climbing to the top of our chimney to find that it was improperly capped. When he tested the top of the chimney by spraying water up towards it from the ground, as if it were raining, we witnessed water coming into the basement where the old water stains were apparent. Robert resealed the cap and wrote out a detailed report on what needs to be fixed to ensure a leak from the chimney would never happen again. Robert also directly called our insurance to explain what he found which helped our case in getting insurance to cover the costs. By Robert accurately detecting the cause of the flood insurance covered the costs of this project. Robert was very responsive and trustworthy. I could quickly tell that he was on our side and was compassionate towards our problem. His subcontractors were very nice and they got the job done right and efficiently. I highly recommend Robert for any home emergencies. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate and an all around good guy.
Rodrigo made it hard to say no. He offered great prices and a great timeline. He had a clear vision of our goals, and helped us find materials that were affordable. He assured us that we would have our huge project done in just a few weeks, saying that he would have several crews working at once to complete the deck, roof, and kitchen remodel. This, however, wasn't the case. There was never a time that there was more than one crew working on one task, so the project took 2 months instead of a few weeks. We are mostly happy with the results. It was a large job, so we expect some hiccups. The roof and deck seem to be great. One area of concern is the sealant used on our slate tiles in the kitchen. It was either a bad product, or it wasn't applied correctly. It now is like a layer of wax that scrapes easily when walked on, or when moving the dining room chairs. Rodrigo assured us that his crew would come and redo the sealer, but that was weeks ago, and it hasn't been done. Rodrigo offered a great deal on exterior paint, so we took him up on it. Our house is old, and the painter did a good job with what he was given. The painter, however did not do a very good job on the doors. There were several spots that were messy, partially because the plastic that was hung to protect the interior from over spray touched the wet paint, and was allowed to dry that way. When we asked Rodrigo about this, he said that we would have to be happy with minor imperfections like that. The back door, however, has huge spots where it looks like the paint dripped and dried unevenly. Rodrigo keeps saying the painter will come back to strip and repaint that door, but again, it's been weeks and nothing has changed. Several weeks after finishing the kitchen remodel, there was a plumbing issue. The pipes were not connected properly under the kitchen sink, and we had a massive leak. We called Rodrigo and he said he'd have people come out the next morning (today) at 9:30 am. At 10 am, we called and texted, and as I write this at 12 pm, we have yet to hear back form Rodrigo. We are now working to fix the problem on our own. One is wont to say, "You get what you pay for," but when you're paying $35k, there's a fairly high level of expectation in quality. The work quality is fair, value is good, punctuality is lacking, and professionalism and responsiveness are excellent until there starts to be complaints.
I found Mark and Providence Painting via the Thumbtack app and I'm glad I did. Mark did a great job explaining what the job would entail, when they could start and the fact that it was the busy season (August) for them and to have a little patients with him. His helper Ron worked tirelessly preparing the house for the "big day". The amount of paint that went on is amazing, really showed me how little there was before. Mark estimated 15 gallons to cover the body of the house, they ended up putting on 25 gallons! The siding was so dry from the lack of paint it sucked it up as fast as the sprayed it on. And he didn't charge me more! I'm happy I found Providence Painting and will call on Mark again.
Weve been using Mikes services for nearly twenty-five years. He and his crew are knowledgeable and very professional. Recently he cleaned, prepped and stained our hardwood deck; he transformed it from a slippery, slimy and unsightly surface to a deck we like to entertain on. He took the time to research the right product and application method, which the contractor who built the deck failed to do. At least ten years ago he prepped and painted the exterior of our home and did a great job; but it is time to have him do it again. Hes also cleaned and maintained our shake roof, driveway and walkways. Great service and competitively priced.
We had AAS Painting do a full exterior paint job in North Kitsap in March 2016 and were exceedingly impressed. Igor is a consummate professional, decent, helpful and thoughtful. When we changed our mind about some of the color he was extremely helpful and helped us through the process without loosing time off the schedule. The paint quality was excellent (high quality Sherwin Williams paint), the work was flawless and his lead painter, Andrei, was exceedingly skilled. Andrei worked diligently spraying large areas, including a lot of high work, with no drips or imperfections and at the end of the day you could have taken the guy to a fancy restaurant as he had no paint on him at all. They were fast, efficient and left no mess at all. Amazing. I could...and will...hire these guys again- they are always welcome. Our house looks superb. Thank you AAS Painting and Igor and Andrei - you made us very happy, we got great value and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.
