- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers - there is no fee, the buyer's agent fee is already pre-arranged in the seller's contract. Sellers - the fee can be discussed at the appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get in touch with you so I can learn what is important to you in buying or selling your home. Once I've had the opportunity to get to know a little bit about you, we will schedule a time to meet in person. For buyers, we typically meet at my office. During the meeting we will go over the buying process, and I will ask questions to help us narrow down your criteria so we can get ready to go out and view homes. At that point we are ready to find you a home! I will use your criteria to set up a search that will automatically send you emails with all the homes that fit your criteria. Once you've decided which homes you would like to see, we will schedule showings. We will refine and adjust as we see houses until we arrive at just the right home for you! For sellers, we will meet in your home so we can see all the details and features of your home. We will show you the tools and the system we use that have given us great success in getting homes sold. We will also provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the market, so we can work together to make an educated decision on what price we will list your home for. At that point we will get to work doing what we do best - getting your home sold!
