I hired this company to build a tall enforced fence for my pets and a path into the woods in my backyard. They were polite and friendly, had fast communication, and were willing to make modifications when I added to the project. I would be happy to use them again.

I selected TJ Siua because they were the most prompt with the quote and then most responsive to follow up questions. They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive. The team did a great job putting in concrete steps to the hill up to our front door. They also removed and hauled away the dead bushes and old concrete. Tasha was very transparent with the progress and with a couple project deviations that were no fault of their own. I appreciate their great work and look forward to working with them again

They were very quick and efficient. Quick response, scheduling, and attention to detail. I hired them to repair a concrete slab for a carport at a second home and was so impressed I hired them to redo the front porch on my primary residence. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with TJ Siua Construction and couldn’t be happier with our new front porch! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. They began the project on Monday and had our beautiful new porch completed by Thursday. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our schedule and preferences throughout the project. The finished porch is exactly what we had hoped for. It has transformed the entire front of our home. It’s beautiful, solid, well-built, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. We love pulling up to our house and seeing how much character and curb appeal it has added. It’s refreshing to work with a local contractor who is dependable, easy to work with, reasonably priced, and takes pride in delivering quality work. I highly recommend TJ Siua Construction and will absolutely be reaching out to them again for future projects, including terracing and our driveway.
