I selected TJ Siua because they were the most prompt with the quote and then most responsive to follow up questions. They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive. The team did a great job putting in concrete steps to the hill up to our front door. They also removed and hauled away the dead bushes and old concrete. Tasha was very transparent with the progress and with a couple project deviations that were no fault of their own. I appreciate their great work and look forward to working with them again

Of the 3 contractors that bid our project, TJ Siua was the most personable and responsive team. They quoted very reasonsblr prices and knocked it out of the park with their suggestions. They were quick to start, worked & finished quickly. The price was great and the final product, even better! We offer an enthusiastic recommendation!
