We needed our lawn torn our and restarted with fresh grading. And we wanted to add a back patio, before the wet season begins. Of the 3 contractors that bid our project, TJ Siua was the most personable and responsive team. They quoted very reasonsblr prices and knocked it out of the park with their suggestions. They were quick to start, worked & finished quickly. The price was great and the final product, even better! We offer an enthusiastic recommendation!

This is a great company. Teu and Tasha are very responsive and professional They repaired a failing retaining wall adjacent to my koi pond and replaced a section of concrete on my front walkway and resurfaced a section of cracked patio in my back yard . The pricing was very competitive and the work quality was superior, which adds up to amazing value for dollar spent. In addition, they started work on the project within 24 hours of the notice to proceed and completed the work within the promised schedule. I will be calling on TJ Siua for all my future concrete needs. Give them a shot. You won’t regret it!
