Ben is not just a very talented personal trainer but he is also a friend to all of his clients. I can tell he genuinely cares about my health and fitness as well as my life in general. He at times will act as your life coach and inspirational speaker during your sessions or he will just make you smile to make working out as fun as it can possibly be. His training sessions for sure push me to work out harder than I ever would on my own, he has really helped me reach my fitness goals and get in great shape for summer! He is also so accommodating by coming to your home to make everything so easy on you. Hire Ben as your personal trainer, he is the BEST!

I am a member of a national health club chain and initially talked to the in-house trainers. I was so turned off by the hard sell and puppy-mill approach that I decided to find a personal trainer that I could respect and trust. I have been working with Jeremy 2x a week for approx. 2 months. I started with a goal of getting “bathing suit-ready” for a trip of a lifetime. Beyond achieving my initial goal, I have become stronger, more flexible and I am seeing better-than-expected results. The journey to better health / fitness and our working relationship will continue long after my vacation is over. I am very happy with my choice in trainers [and his choice to take me on as a client]. I started to attend SuperFit recently.... very unusual and effective form of training - 3 coaches for the group of 8-12 people. Rooms are rather small but very reasonably arranged - training is based on the type of rotation. Coaches are very attentive and positive. Prices are very reasonable. I am happy I made this choice - to start with Super Fit!
Angela is an excellent coach, who shows involvement in her clients' needs. Although I contacted her for personal training, she saw that I needed some life coaching too. In addition, I profited from her great knowledge of nutrition. Her coaching was very helpful for my various needs.
Wendy is very present during out coaching sessions, making sure she understands my issue while helping me come to a new or different resolution on my own. She seems genuinely interested in my healing.
Not only is George a great motivator and coach, but he is friendly, reliable, and offers a wide variety of challenges that can fit with any lifestyle. He also helped my niece make massive changes in advancing her cheerleading skills like college level stunts as well as learning her full!

Kate is a kind and compassionate lady who has helped me a great deal with my health concerns. Nothing is too big or too small for her to address and offer suggestions. I always feel relaxed and calm after my sessions with her.
I could not be more happy about Body Transformations. When I started, I was not flexible at all in my ankles, hips, and shoulders. Through a systematized assessment, I was told about these problem areas immediately during the first session. In fact, drastic improvements were made on the very first day through massaging the muscles in those areas and re-assessing the exact same movements. I was amazed. The range of motion improvement was not a fraction of an inch which could have been mis-measurement. The improvement was over 3 inches on my left shoulder and 2 inches on my right shoulder. You have to try this systematized assessment for yourself. Now that was just the first day. Since then, I have been coming to my convenient appointments regularly. I have lost inches off my waist and gained muscle mass in my arms, legs, chest, shoulders and neck, and I wasn't super thick to start with. My Body Mass Index (BMI) is consistently measured and improves each month. I appreciate Anthony's challenging workouts that are always fresh and upbeat. It keeps your body out of a dull routine and your mind interested in the education that is provided during each workout. The level of knowledge shows and each certification earned is integrated into my workout progression. I have been an athlete all my life and even in college no coach spent the type of time and effort so that I knew why I was doing an exercise. I learn what benefits the exercise produces, and how the current exercise will fit into my future exercise plan. I will remain a customer for life. I know it has helped me look great in a suit, be fit in my activities, and make friends in the studio that I can really relate to.
I love working out with Coach Mihai! He makes the workouts fun and enjoyable and at the same time challenging. I am a new mom and need to have a balanced workout where I get challenged well at workout but also be able to carry out my work at home later on and Mihai makes sure my workouts are perfectly balanced!
Melissa was prompt, professional, and happened to be just who I was looking for in my own neighborhood. She is a Rotarian, so I know that she thinks of her community as well as her own business. She followed up immediately, and even when I had to cancel our first consultation, she didn't miss a beat, and followed through again. We are looking forward to working with her as my husband has some interesting health challenges!
Working with Hannah has been a life changing experience. She is a professional that can accommodate all levels of fitness from the elderly to the adolescent. In my case , I am middle aged and was out of shape with limited range of motion and little muscle mass. The results I've experience, which takes time and patience, have been due to being steady and consistent and trusting Hannah as my guide. She has been there 110% and helped me find confidence and strength I didn't think I had. I managed to stay focused on my goal to get strong and fi without getting hurt. I highly recommend her as a trainer, coach and fitness expert.

I was treated with respect and yet his desire is for you to reach your goal. Steve also was encouraging and guided. He was avaliable by phone or email. He throughly got my information that pertaining to health and excersize. He followed up with me at least 1 or 2 times by email or phone. I started working with my personal trainer, Peter Lucas, who views things with a holistic approach, to improve overall health, well-being, and spirituality. He’s helped me see obstacles as opportunities instead! He’s helped me with nutrition, meditation, journaling and having a healthy, wholesome, and positive attitude and perspective towards life. Also from him I’m slowly learning some kinesiology addressing physiological, biomechanical, and psychological mechanisms of movement. He’s like a Buddha, really— calm, patient, and kind. Usually I am scared sh*tless to go on walks by myself especially on busy main streets. It’s anxiety inducing because I have Tourette urges where I want to jump out into traffic or I worry about having tics where I fall and roll all over the floor, scraping my knee pretty badly but working with Peter Lucas has helped me formed a “just do it” mentality, living in the moment and stop forecasting so damn much. So now I go on brisk walks everyday for at least 20 minutes, workout five times a day for at least half an hour, and learning how to meditate and eat right. Even though it hasn’t been 12 weeks yet (the amount of time I am working with Peter) I can vouch that he is compassionate, loving, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, humorous, funny, free-spirited, laid-back and down to earth. Overall an amazing human being. I also appreciate his calmness and tranquility when I lunge at him, toss things at him, or have other tourette symptoms that night be startling and nerve wracking to others. It helps me remain calm and less anxious and to focus on my workout. Lynn has been a tremendous asset to me as I have begun to take control of my physical health. I procrastinated far too long in seeking assistance from a personal body trainer. I met with Lynn, explained my needs and goals. After a thorough assessment she developed a program to fit my needs and has been with me every step of the way. She offers vast knowledge, experience and most of all her support. I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone and especially for someone like me who has been reluctant to take control for any number of reasons.
For the past few months I have been working with my personal trainer, Matt Wines. Matt is so engaged in my health decisions to lose weight, lose inches, and have a better healthy life. He pushes me when necessary, accommodates my work schedule by being flexible and changes my workout so I don't get bored. I have been very successful and am wearing my smallest jeans. Matt is great! My husband and I have been using Erica as a trainer for approximately 4 years now. We are both over 65 and it is intimidating to start working with a fitness coach when you are older. Erica has always challenged us in a kind and respectful manner, taking our personal, physical issues into consideration. My husband had a stroke and Erica has been instrumental in helping him regain his confidence to fully live his life. Erica supports the entire person, physical, mental, and emotional. She is an intelligent woman who walks the walk in all aspects of her life. She is also a great coach for reminding us to eat well, avoiding the pitfalls of a poor diet and how critical a healthy diet is to protecting our bodies, especially as we age. I cannot imagine working with anyone other than Erica! If you want a good friend who will push you to live a better life, Erica is the perfect choice!
