Needed a toilet repair short notice, Cameron helped me out and got things done very quickly and efficiently, even found out I needed a new water heater which I wasn't expecting, he was still able to get everything done the same day. Like other people have said they are pricey but the speed and quality of work made the whole experience worth it

Recently my kitchen sink drain separated and was draining into the crawlspace of my house for an unknown period until I discovered it and the damage it had caused, which was significant.I hired another business to do address the plumbing repair itself, and was referred to Collett Construction for the damage remediation, which included water damage around the kitchen sink, cabinets, and flooring.Cameron, Tony, and Robbie did an amazing job with the project and they were wonderful to have in my home while they were there. They were kind, courteous, and professional, and I was kept informed throughout the project about what to expect. Cameron was very transparent and honest up front by letting me know up what parts of the job might include unknown costs, which was helpful for budgeting and expectations (they also offered financing through GreenSky which was helpful, and something I've used on other emergency projects on my property).The work involved removing my kitchen cabinets, sink, and granite countertops to remediate the water damage behind (drywall, parts of the cabinet structure, etc). They did great work and helped improve a few things while they were in there that had been an unknown problem for years apparently (faulty wiring with a hacky and dangerous fix apparently from previous owners, updates to eroded copper piping, and upgrades to aging water shut off valves).They also addressed an issue with my kitchen ceiling from a leaky bathroom upstairs while they were there, which I was super grateful for.Definitely would hire again and recommend to anyone looking to hire them!

I recently had a pilot light go out on my water heater...on a Friday. I initally called the person who installed the unit about a year prior and really didn't appreciate the response....call the tank company basically yadayada. I then called Collett and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out quickly on a weekend and check out the problem which turned out to be minor. I will use Collett for any future plumbing issues for sure. Very appreciative of Cameron's work and professionalism.

Had the team do a water heater flush, re-caulk four backsplashes, reseal two toilets, install a new bathroom faucet, and fix a leaky kitchen faucet. They did an excellent job on everything! Quick and easy service, very friendly and professional, and always kept me up to speed on the process as I wasn't home when the work was being completed. Wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer estimates on site with a dispatch fee of $49.98. A service technician will be dispatched to come and look at your project. Upon completing the 360 degree evaluation of the direct need and of home in general they will then produce an estimate for you while they are onsite or if it is a larger project, within 3 business days. That estimate will remain the same price throughout the whole job assuming you don't want new scopes of work completed! It is our estimators job to take into consideration all variables on the task at hand and provide you with an up front, surprise free price so you can have peace of mind in your service.
