We really enjoyed working with Cosmin on our two bathroom renovation projects. His patience and attention to detail really paid off and we have received many compliments on his craftsmanship already. Before we started, Cosmin was able to produce a rough project overview and remained very organized and punctual throughout project. This helped relieve a lot of the stress that normally comes with renovations because we were able to plan our own schedules and workdays ahead of time. We are already planning on having Cosmin come back in a few months for more tiling and renovation work.

We hired Lonel (TWOCO Construction) to build a 10 ft by 12 ft shed in our backyard. Before starting work, he met with us and we discussed what we wanted and he looked at the building site. He spent a few days researching the cost of materials and provided us with an estimate. Lonel built us a solid (sturdy) shed, 15 percent over the estimated price, that we are sure will last a long time. The quality of the workmanship was very good. He is a conscientious person that strives to insure that his work is of excellent standard. Good communication and open to feedback throughout the process. Thank you Lonel.
