- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive yet industry standard. At an estimate it's important to list every small detail about your project for us to have a clear understanding of your needs for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is confused on material selection, I provide them vendors I work with to better help them go in the right direction. With a new customer, I act as a project manager and explain the process thoroughly. I tell them what my responsibilities will be and what responsibilities are theirs for the specific project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our knowledge for our professional work extends 10+ years in the construction industry. Every attribute to a project is considered foundational memory. We have experience dealing with emergencies and immediate action taking roles. Vital Needs Remodeling is aware of building codes and things to do and not to do for a project to be completed correctly.
