Dynamite Diner offers a selection of choices to help you grow your food service business. I specialize in business consultation (food service related) as well as being able to teach you the skills you need to expand yourself as a chef. I do not have set classes and do not organize group classes, but will happily provide for any group you have put together. I will set up classes, ongoing or single classes, for individuals & couples for date night, self-growth or just for fun! I also can, on a limited basis, provide personal chef services so that you can just sit back and relax while I do all the work.

The cooking class was for my 10 yr old nephew. He loves to cook. Troy was very patient, explained everything in detail, and the food was the best! Troy was very organized and I loved how he stressed cleaning as you go. My nephew "Riley" he said quote " it didn't even feel like a lesson, it felt like we were just cooking together". Riley will be taking lessons once a month from Troy. We are very happy, we recommend Troy 100%,
