  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Most of our customers come to us for made to order and custom engagement ring settings. We carry over 3000 engagement ring options, however, even then, almost every customer we service has something they would like to change or add, and so we specialize in working closely with them to build their dream ring. We also do custom jewelry, and sometimes that means doing CAD CAM models for customers to see and work on modifying with us. These are the real difficult jobs...sometimes our work is a simple as paging through thousands of rings to find exactly what our customer is describing, and then tweaking it so it is just right. Whatever the challenge, we are up for it!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure that the provider is honest. Above all things, dishonesty is rampant in the retail industry, and the jewelry sector is probably the worst offender. As the owner of a small jewelry company, I have often done some secret shopping, not to see what my competitors are offering, or prices, but rather just to see how I am treated, and frankly, the results have been appalling. The dishonesty, lack of knowledge, and general lack of respect for customers has fully frustrated me. That is why we run our company totally different. We are 100% honest with our customers, even when that hurts us. We know that our customers are looking for great value, and the reason we know this is because every day, when we are not at work, we are out looking for great value as customers too! We try to always see our customers as if the roles were reversed and we were the customer. That ensures that we treat everyone with respect and honesty. At the end of the day, we are customers too.
