We had a great experience with a large format tile floor installation by Renowest. From start to finish, Peter and his team were responsive and professional and never hesitated to visit the site or provide details about the installation and expectations. They provided good guidance on modern trends during initial project planning based upon their field experience and followed through with after-job support even after payment to insure that we were satisfied with a job well done. We will consider Renowest for future projects.

I loved working with Mike and Roman to get our shower floor replaced. We ordered our own tile/grout/caulk. They found that the subfloor had rotted, and Roman got that replaced for us as well. I was very happy with the craftsmanship and would definitely hire for another job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to discuss ideas and requirements, followed by an inspection and measurements by our specialist. We then develop a design project and estimate, after which we sign a contract. Next, we prepare for the renovation, including ordering materials and planning. Our professionals carry out the renovation work, and upon completion, we conduct a final inspection and handover. We also provide a warranty on the completed work and remain available for support.
