Introduction: WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT~ THE STUDENTS Our students learn to prioritize technique and make a beautiful sound from the beginning. We are highly experienced with both new students, and also experienced students that need some"undoing" while learning good foundation habits. We have every level of student and we are proud to say several students from the studio have gone on to further their musical education at the collegiate level and enjoy professional careers. ​ THE TEACHERS The husband and wife team of the Sešek String Studio, Luka and Amber, have 5 degrees on both violin and viola between them from some of the world's leading conservatories and universities. Students in the studio have the benefit of having a former college professor and world class performers that have dedicated their lives to raising the next generation of artists and global citizens. THE SCHOOL We are a small music school and we like it that way. Larger, commercial music schools often have high teacher turnaround, hire inexperienced teachers and charge a high price despite the low quality. You can be assured that you are getting the best training at all times. You or child will only study with us, never a substitute. While the violin and viola can take a lifetime to master, a solid foundation coupled with a precise course of study, can achieve lovely results in less time. The Sesek String Studio uses a precise 10 Level system so that proper facility and technique are ensured every step of the way. Lessons and classes are divided amongst the strengths of the instructors for the best possible results. We love watching our students grow and develop and reach milestone goals. We have had the pleasure of helping students get accepted to their top choice universities and conservatories (Rice, Peabody, Northwestern etc.), win All State Solo and Ensemble, get a top chair at their school and everything in between. We love challenging our students and seeing our students meet or exceed the challenges through love, support, and quality instruction.
