- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Diagnostics are free. If we have to take apart a laptop there is a $75 fee to do so to inspect and get to the root of the Issues
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer pick up and drop off service for a fee of you can drop off at our location and there is not a charge to look at it and as was stated above there is a fee of $75 dollars if I need to take apart a laptop. will have you sign in your equipment and then you will get a phone call with what the problem is and how much it will be to fix it.
