From the first time I chatted with Julio till the last time I met him after the project to give the final check, one thing that was outstanding with him is his responsiveness. He is always available to answer any question or discussion with a single text message. This made the entire project so seamless for me. We had a decent sized landscaping project to install a drain system + retaining wall + level out the sloped land with organic soil to use it for growing plant beds. When I started, I obviously do not know all the details about the work but on our very first meeting, Julio went through the work that will be done as part of the project and very patiently explained the reasoning behind every detail. He also encouraged me to talk to few other contractors about it and very professionally asked to contact him back if I find him best, which I definitely did. Overall, Julio helped me with a much awaited backyard landscaping renovation and I will be definitely contacting him for all my future landscaping projects. Thanks Julio!

Julio and his crew worked hard, completed the job on a very reasonable schedule. The project included a large concrete pour, placement of stone paving over a large area and construction of a barbecue shelter. The results are just what we wanted, and I can recommend Lucas with no reservations.
