"Josh was my personal trainer for more then 18 months. During our initial session - we talked about my personal goals + he assessed my overall health - after which he had a personal curated program and a clear path to achieve those goals.
Josh's coaching style was sublime, ingenious. He always focused more on form and technique rather then on how much can one lift. It must be right, because I can still see its benefits today. I guess this comes because he is a natural. I often remember telling with him - "Josh, when you perform a dead-lift or a squat, it almost looks like art!". What I learnt from Josh, I still apply to my workouts every week - focus more on form, diet then obsessing about minutiae. Its the reason why most of my friends who worked out have injured some part of their body due to bad technique or form - but not me.
Besides coaching - Josh is very friendly, yet super professional. He will value your time and money. I wish we spoke more often then we currently do, but time plays truant.
