Introduction: I am an outdoor portrait photographer based in Kent, WA. I majored in photography in college and have been taking pictures on the side ever since. I recently decided to finally make my dreams of being a professional photographer a reality! I specialize in candid portraiture specifically maternity, couples, engagement and elopement sessions! I also take on smaller intimate weddings and can do them by the hour if you don't need a full day. I recently became a mother myself and understand more than ever the importance of capturing the moments you want to last forever. I am an outdoor photographer who loves to explore new locations to shoot at and am always down for a good hike to get there! I will help find you the perfect location for your dream photoshoot and am always down to try new things, all shoots include a consultation (I usually stick to locations no longer than 6 miles unless it's an elopement). can't wait to create with you!

Aerin is the best! She made our surprised engagement proposal very special, one I will never forget. I was looking for a photographer that loves outdoor hikes and trails and that can capture the moment when I pop the question. And she was the perfect choice! It was such a pleasure to get to work with Aerin on this photoshoot. She was extremely attentive and professional ever since the first message I sent her requesting info. The logistics of a surprise engagement can be a little tricky, but Aerin's experience made all the last minute changes work seamlessly. The day of the shoot, she was super friendly and accommodating to my fiancé and I, even going as far as setting me up perfectly to pop the question. As an avid outdoor enthusiast and a newly engaged couple, my fiancé and I were searching for a nature photographer who could capture our love story against the backdrop of the great outdoors. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make sure you get the product you pay for. You will receive the maximum amount of photos for the time spent shooting and you will receive all images that turned out so you don't have to pick and choose the ones you want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's get a little more familiar before the shoot. If you would like to video chat or to get a cup of coffee we can make that happen. If you're a little more of an introvert that's no problem, we can communicate via email/phone and not officially meet till the day off. I am here to make sure you are comfortable during our time together!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Colorado Mountain College and earned my professional photography degree.
