This was my first time using Magic Mops, they were very responsive and they helped me make contact as needed. They respond ASAP unlike many who have you waiting until the last minute, in this way you dont have to worry about running out of time if you need your living quarters cleaned on a particular date.

Ronnie was my house cleaner, I was happy to get him, HE was proficient at his job and if I needed special attention to something he made sure to take care that it was done just as I asked. The young man was mannerable and respectful. Quite personable and I liked that he asked before touching certain things to be moved and or how I wanted him to do things. I would hire him again in the future. he did an extent job and took instructions well. This is very important when you are particular about high standard and professional cleaning. Thank you Magic Mops for a quality service. I look forward to doing business with your company again and I'd like to have the pleasure of a fine hard working gentleman worker like Ronnie to do the work again..it was a pleasure. Thank you again.

Sherri and her team at Magic Mops are amazing. My son was moving out of an apartment on a very short deadline and needed a move-out cleaning the very next morning. I called Sheri and she was able to fit us in . Rose cam promptly at 8:30 a.m and went right to work- even as my son was still moving stuff out of the place. She was patient, thorough and so professional. The place was spotless when she was done. I could not have asked for more. The payment was extremely easy especially because my son's apartment was in Washington state and I am in Los Angeles. the process was seamless. One of the best professional services I have ever used.
