- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cost scales to the situation and level of skill needed for the work, I do set project costs and hourly rates. Basic tech work starts at 30-50$ an hour and projects that can vary in length and require extensive time can be a set cost to get the customer what they need within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them on the phone to get acquainted with their needs. Next step is to organize a time to come on site or setup a remote meeting to finish the assessment process. Final step is to create a customized work plan and contract to get the plan finished and start the work.
