When I schedule a time for you to visit and assess my yard, I expect that we can discuss my specific needs and the work I would like done in person. I understand that you may have looked at the property through Google Earth, but it can be quite frustrating to receive a text message with an estimate without having the chance to go over the details in person. Very disappointing.
