Introduction: I think my work stands out because I think of the everyday person. The everyday person is hard working and busy, but cannot afford the sometimes expensive costs of a personal chef or full time party planner. So, I have tailored my work to fit all walks of life, and all needs. I enjoy the challenge it brings me and the reward of seeing my clients happy. Mostly, I love the differences. I love the different challenges, different culinary and party needs.. I spend a lot of time learning things I might not know if I were doing a different job. I love that too.

Amanda was very easy to work with and we would definitely hire her again. She went above and beyond to make our guests feel special through both her amazing cooking and her charming personality. She was on time, very professional, and made the entire experience fun ~ the best part, she took all the stress from us! I would highly recommend Amanda.

I've had some flavored butters that Amanda has made and they are amazing! They add so much flavor to whatever meal I'm making. I don't know how she gets so much flavor into her butter.

Amanda was great. I'm a single dad with not enough time or experience in appeasing a large crowd. For me, a large crowd was my family visiting from out of town sprinkled with the locals. We ended up having 12 show up and she was able to accommodate the "not quite known" number of people showing up with ease. Really freed me up to relax and enjoy a long anticipated reunion with the family while keeping the kids from destroying the house which would have happened if I had to attempt this all on my own.

Amanda's service was very on professional she doesn't know what her job is, she knows nothing about wedding planning or decoration she is just horrible she would leave you at the last minute of your event she is not recommended for anyone .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually, I price per head. Just makes things easier. Not a lot of waste on either my or my customer's part. Although, in smaller cases (say, an intimate dinner for 2), I price by the meal. Oddly enough, it's more work. In terms of parties, I work within a client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to get to know them. What their favorite things are, what their life is like.. It really helps shine a light on best how to help them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised in a family of cooks and chefs. Food is our collective passion. Nothing makes us more happy than seeing the satisfied looks of a well fed person.
