- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After years of weddings, I've found the secret sauce to keeping planning stress-free. I used to think that having a bunch of options was really the way to go but learned that the best thing to do is to make it easy. Lay it out plain and simple and as stress-free as possible. With this in mind, I've created a "build your own" wedding plan. I've put together a plan that includes quite literally everything you can think of that you will need in your wedding photography coverage. And the best part is, no matter which collection you choose, you will get the same things. The only thing you'll have to worry about is deciding on how long of coverage you're wanting. Of course, I offer a few little add-on's but my "build your own" wedding plan is truly the package that checks all the boxes.WEDDING & ELOPEMENT pricing. All collections are priced the same whether it be an elopement or big wedding. I believe in the value of what I give my couples and keeping my prices standardized reflects that. My collections include any and all accommodations, national parks permits, travel fees, and all the in between. The only thing additional is sales tax *where applicable*. If you're feeling my vibe and think we'd be a great fit, but think I'm out of your budget, please reach out anyway! I try my best to work with my couples to help make their wedding dreams come true, whether that be payment plans or helping guide them during the planning process. I'm here for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fill out my inquiry form and send it my way! I promise to respond within 24 hours. We'll schedule a time to meet up or chat over the phone and get to know each other. If were a good fit for each other, I'll send over the contract and we'll get the fun started. Keep your eyes peeled cause I'll be sending you some questionnaires so I can get to know you more and we'll get your engagement session on the calendar! About 2-3 months from your wedding day, I'll send you the final questionnaire that will help me with creating your timeline. It's important you get this back to me as soon as possible so we're not rushed. I'll ask for info on your vendors and if you have a planner I'll work alongside them in putting together the perfect timeline to make sure we check all of the boxes and bring your wedding visions to life. It's time to get married! This is your day to commit yourself to your partner and should be stress free so don't worry about a thing! I'll be sure to capture everything from your shot list and more. After the wedding you'll receive some sneak peeks within 72 hours cause I know you're just as excited as I am to see your photos! As for the gallery we are so stoked to get the gallery to you as quickly as possible and promise for it to be in your inbox in 6-10 weeks.
