Introduction
Hello! My name is Tiffany. I started this business for three reasons 1) I saw a need based on my own experiences. It was so difficult to get contractors to show up and communicate! 2) As a woman with children in my own home, I wanted to feel comfortable with hired help in my home. 3) I absolutely fell in love with doing this type of work when I started it on my own. I bought my home several years ago, and it really needed a lot of updates. I couldn't get contractors to show up or communicate, and even if they did, quotes were ridiculous. I felt that I was being taken advantage of based on my demographic, and at times, I felt uncomfortable having strangers in my home with my three kids and myself. Quotes weren't accurate, materials listed weren't what was actually used, they left messes for me to clean up, and some never finished thejobs. So I decided to do it myself. I'm actually a registered nurse as well, and I love taking care of people, but I really have a lot of fun and gratification doing this! I'm also naturally skilled at remodeling and renovating and have learned a lot over time from others and helping my friends' businesses. After a few years of all kinds of projects in my own home and in the homes of people I know, I decided I wanted to transition to this more of the time. *I'm extremely detail-oriented. "good enough" is not good enough. I take my time from the beginning to ensure success. *I will not hide any costs or surprise you with hidden fees. *You can feel safe and comfortable during the project with me in your home, and if I need to delegate some aspects of the project- I will communicate that beforehand. *I'm available many hours of the day, so if you have an unusual work schedule, I can deal with that! *I will not leave you a mess to clean up & remove materials & trash. *Female owned and operated business - empowered women empower women! Occasionally consulting/sub-contracting needed. *I will communicate with you and I won't lie to you about your job. *Friendly, positive, easy to deal with. *I can work with budgets - (for example, you want to save a few dollars doing your own dump runs or finding your own materials - I'm here for it!) *Registered business license, bonded, insured.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Very transparent and itemized for you. Estimates are based on what is seen, for example if I find a bunch of water damage in the sub floor, will notify you immediately as this will be in addition to the estimate. I love finding deals on materials for customers, and passing savings on... so if you're not super picky and on a budget- we can usually do things to save you money.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Please provide summary of project, goals. I will come to estimate. If you approve estimate, set a start date and provide deposit and sign contract. I have all credentials on file for you. Once job is complete, you approve and finish final payment. Will document project progress. Any issues that arise on either end should be communicated timely. Will provide folder to you of all associated documents. Please leave review (discounts!) Please call me on the future with any new projects.
