Talk about value and quality! Michael is the best at what he does! I have tried so many different gyms and never has any gym come close to the quality that Michael provides. since joining this gym I have gained strength and flexibility that I never knew I had. This is different from other gyms in that Michael provides individual coaching even during his group sessions. Move Moore Often is the #1 choice for all fitness levels!

You will be pushed to meet your goals and be held accountable to put in work. I loved everything about my experience at this gym even on the days you don’t want to go you end up glad you did. There is also a priority of recovery which is refreshing when your body needs it.

Mike is truly the best at what he does. You can expect a quality work out with a trainer who truly cares about giving you the best experience possible. He creates the space for you to be pushed to your limits while making sure you stay safe and your form is correct. I trained with Mike for over a year and I can still hear him in my head telling me to correct my form and, of course, his famous term, “Abs & A**” If you want to go to where you will get the best work out for your money, Mike is the guy! He has years of experience, tons of knowledge and a great personality to make it all fun!! I highly recommend Mike at Move Moore Often!

Been training with Michael a couple years now. It’s super comprehensive. I wasn’t in very good shape at first, and I have always had poor flexibility. Fact is Michael met me where I was at and helped me step by step. I’ve seen massive growth in not only my strength, but also form, flexibility, breathing, and core engagement. It’s truly been life changing. If you’re willing to put in the work, training with Michael will be a life altering decision.
