Scott was on time, explained about what he was doing, provided every documents that company requested. (it was under construction, seller requested a lot of his insurance info)

Scott performed a homeinspection for me and I found him to be an expert professional. It was super easy to book the appointment and he was flexible with my schedule. He is deeply knowledgeable and did an extremely thorough job inspecting my home, mother-in-law cabin and workshop. He went through every element of his inspection with me afterwards with photos and offered advice for going about fixing the problems and potential hazards in my home. He's easy going and calm which is important when there may be problems to report. I can recommend his services without hesitation or reservation.

I had a great experience working with Scott on getting an inspection done. It was easy getting an appointment on relatively short notice. He was punctual and thorough for the inspection and took the time to go through his observation with me. I also appreciated the promptly shared inspection report document. Would definitely recommend working with Scott and Skyline.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m approachable, friendly and I care about my clients. I want to take the time to answer any questions you have and communicate issues so you know what steps to take to correct the issue and how to best care for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take photos as I inspect the home and use various tools when needed to evaluate conditions. You are welcome to follow me and ask questions during the inspection. Before we leave I review my findings with you with a slideshow and follow up with a detailed inspection report that is usually emailed to you by the end of the next business day or sooner. You are always welcome to contact me before or after the home inspection with any questions you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I earn CE credits through course work taken throughout the year. I also enjoy reading the ASHI Reporter, online inspection related articles and forums. I love what I do and I always enjoy sharing inspection stories with other inspectors.
