Jaz was an amazing coordinator! She really took a lot of pressure off of me and my wife and ensure the day went as smooth as possible. She went above and Beyond when it came to helping with setup of decorations and also break down. When me and my wife were busy with greeting family or getting in place She really made everything run smoothly and all my family and friends loved her! One of the best things was her communication before, during and even after the wedding! It made it very easy if we had questions for a vendor or just any ideas to run by her. I highly reccommend Jaz as your coordinator!

Jazmine was absolutely flawless in executing our vision for our wedding ! Her impeccable punctuality, professionalism and attention to detail took out all the stress of the wedding day ! She cared deeply about our customs and rituals (ours was a Hindu wedding) making sure we had what we needed at every step along the way. She went above and beyond reaching out to and communicating with our vendors from weeks prior to ensure that there were no hiccups on the day of. I cannot recommend her enough, my wedding day turned out to be just what I expected and more, without the stress!
We booked Jaz to coordinate our wedding almost immediately after our first phone call! She is absolutely amazing at what she does, she is extremely organized & asks all the right questions to have a smooth day in every aspect. She even came out prior to our wedding to do a venue walk through and helped us rehearse our ceremony which helped SO MUCH! We are so grateful to have had her help us, we couldn’t have done it without her!

It was such a small moment that made a huge difference, and it showed just how attentive and proactive she is.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the level of support you need! I offer packages for full planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination. Custom quotes are always available based on your guest count, location, and vision. I’m happy to talk through options so you’re only paying for what you truly need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we hop on a consultation call to get to know each other and talk through your event needs. From there, I’ll send over a customized proposal based on what we discussed. Once we’re officially booked, I guide you step-by-step with clear timelines, helpful tools (hello, checklists!), and ongoing communication all the way to event day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built hands-on experience through weddings and events of friends and family, including planning my own wedding from start to finish.
