- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on standard pricing in my area. I will not put a number out there that I am not confident matches mine and my teams skill set and customer service. I take a lot of pride in my work and leaving all situations better than I found them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tend to ask new customers a lot of questions. I believe it is important to make sure that my team and I understand what is expected and communicate our needs and hear the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad was a carpenter for 25 years and I spent a lot of time watching and learning how to do things the old school way. I have had a ton of experience in many different areas since I was a kid. Many are listed on my profile. I will be honest that if I don't know how to do something or have questions, I YouTube stuff like everyone else. 🤣
