We hired a writing tutor for our 10 year old son (5th grader). Leisl is a very smart, witty, charming, and intelligent tutor who our son adores. He used to be so lazy before Leisl started tutoring him, now he does seem excited about writing.

I have known Lynn Wilton for 25 years. She tutored me in English as a second language, and then in English as well while I was a student at Edmonds Community College (1997-1999). I have found her to be a very enthusiastic, creative, dedicated and patient tutor with excellent skills in improving my speaking, reading and writing. I received a very good GPA of 3.94 in my English course. Lynn Wilton is a excellent English tutor, and I strongly recommend her to anyone who needs help in English.

Grant is helping my daughter with SAT tutoring. So far, so good. He has gotten her more engaged in studying for the SAT. He has an excellent grasp on all aspects of the material (math, reading, writing and essay) and strategies, and he has been able to convey the information effectively.

Our time with Lenore has been nothing short of impressive. She has become a part of our family and has been instrumental in the success and growth of our 6th grader. Our child struggles with reading/writing, Lenore has a teaching style that is supportive, motivating and has inspired our child improve in both areas significantly. The dedication Lenore carries and her passion for teaching is undeniable - it's contagious and a delight to our little family. Our child always looks forward to their sessions and speaks with excitement about the fun projects they are working on. The creative projects Lenore structures for students is one that encourages the children to find their own desire for participation. The kindness and support Lenore provides to the children is one that fosters the dedication to improve through fun. Keep up the good work, Lenore!

I met with Fran to review my resume and letter, to see how it could improve and stand out. Fran was very professional and courteous, and was on time, for our scheduled meetings. She reviewed my resume and cover letter, and with her expert knowledge, and writing skills, was able to help improve my resume and cover letter, so it would stand out. It was with great pleasure to work with Fran. Thanks to Fran, I'm confident I will here my phone ring, for a job interview. I highly recommend Fran.

My name is Shawn Brookins, and I am currently a biology and chemistry premed double major at Pacific Lutheran University. My long-term career goal is to become a pediatric neurosurgeon, but until then, I enjoy spending my time to inspire appreciation for and success in the sciences and mathematics as well as all common core subjects. My passion for tutoring stems from a deeply rooted belief that one's education is paramount in his or her lifetime towards achieving goals, fulfilling potential, and accessing new opportunities. Allow me to elaborate on my qualifications. I graduated salutatorian of my graduating class of 543 students, with a weighted GPA well above 4.50. During my high school tenure, I completed 8 AP courses, earning the highest honor of AP scholar with distinction. These courses were across an eclectic academic breadth, including calculus, chemistry, English literature and language composition, government, psychology, etc. Currently, I will be taking my second semester of calculus at PLU to fulfill my math requirement for my chemistry degree. Alongside this course load, I operated a successful tutoring business with volunteer tutoring also, totaling well in excess of 500 hours. My availability is quite flexible, so please don't hesitate to ask questions because I am a very flexible person! In closing, thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon!
