Tarynne Mingione, RD, RYT 200

Introduction: Besides being a photographer, I am currently a registered dietitian and certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). I have extensive experience in working as a clinical dietitian in the neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric units and nutrition care clinic at Swedish Medical Center-- the largest nonprofit health system in Seattle. I completed the Neonatal Nutrition Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Medical Center. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University where I also completed my internship. During the past several years, I've worked as an American Diabetes Association camp dietitian, health educator at Microsoft and served on the board of the Greater Seattle Dietetic Association. In the past, I have paired my strong passion for travel with my expertise, serving on medical teams in Sierra Leone and Guatemala and traveling to more than three-dozen countries in the past few years learning about the relationship between food and culture. I have experience teaching vinyasa and yin yoga classes in multiple studios in Seattle. I appreciate a holistic approach to achieving optimum wellness, and I'm excited to assist others in improving their health!
