- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only do flat fee pricing but we offer a number of new discounts as well. Please reach out for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customer books, we send a welcome message and assign a cleaner, the cleaner completes the cleaning, and we followup with the customer once again to ensure satisfaction with the cleaner's efforts. If not happy, re-clean for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in cleaning and hospitality all over the country (NYC, DAL, and WA).
