Anu is an excellent teacher and she brings in meditation during the yoga session. There is a beautiful mindfulness and serenity in her classes. I look forward to continuing my lessons with her.

Anu is one of the only Yoga Instructors I have recently met, who has deep knowledge of both Yoga and Ayurveda. Her passion for helping people is obvious by her actions. I certainly learned a lot from a few classes I took from her at Sikh Temple Bothell,WA.
Great teacher, and mentor, above all awesome human being.
