I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. My doctor gave me choice of going on medication or fixing on my own with diet and exercise. I chose to do it on my own, but needed some help. Matthew was fast to respond and very professional. We conducted consultation in the comfort of my home. He met with my wife and me. Was very prepared and provided great materials and advice for changing my health and diet. I highly recommend working with Matthew.
