I had very good experience with the company. They provided a free estimate for me and provided a working plan while I don't know what exactly I want. My landscape looks much better now! They put down sod for places needed and spread seeds for some weak spots. They are fast efficient, thoughtful, and budget friendly.

These folks did a wonderful job on our walkway and garden walls. They were very detail oriented and such hard workers. I was impressed by the quality of the outcome and their obvious pride in their work. They made sure to finish the job completely tying up the loose ends. I will hire them again for another project.

Five stars across the board. I hired KVADAN LLC to help with hardscaping in my backyard including expanding pavers, installing plumbing and wiring for outdoor hot tub and shower, and for drainage given that I had a negative slope issue. KVADAN LLC were consummate professionals from beginning to end of the project. Right after submitting my work request, Vlad reached out to meet for setting up a bid. Very friendly and knowledgable with excellent communication. In the beginning, we discussed the entirety of the project including timeline and amount of materials required; he had a bid drafted by the end of the day. As the project began there were unexpected problems that needed to be addressed which expanded the scope of the project including installing a gravel base for the pavers and re-doing outdoor stairs. I expected the project to take 1-2 weeks to complete but they had it finished within three days! Moreover the bid was right within the budget! I could not recommend them anymore and I have already sent their information to close friends.
