I had an issue in our shower, tile was breaking off and an entire row was destroyed. I emailed Angis Services to see if they could help, Angelo followed up and contacted me within 30 minutes.

Angelo asked if I could send him photos so he could evaluate. He provided a solution and said he could help. He ensured I had enough tile with the measurements I provided and I asked if he could fix the problem quickly because I have house guests visiting us from Hawaii.

Although Angelo had other big projects going on, he made time to get our shower done. I couldn't believe how professional, responsive and punctual he was throughout the entire process. After he ensured I had materials, he came to install the tile 2 days later and arrived at our house at 7 am on a Saturday morning before he had to work his other job.

Angelo has a friendly demeanor, easy to talk to and answered all our questions. He even shared some of his recent vacation adventures with my family. We felt as if we were talking to our own ohana, Angelo made us feel comfortable. We have worked with other contractors in the past where we regretted even hiring them.

My wife already has more projects in mind and we hope to see Angelo soon as he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Much mahalos for doing a great job, our shower looks beautiful again.
