HOME STAGING CONSULTATION It starts with a consultation: This allows us to assess the home and create customized plan to get your home market ready. HOME CONSULTATION: 1-2 hour in home assessment room by room giving recommendation showing what can be done with adjustments to get the home market ready. Clients will receive a design plan with a budget and installment time frame with 24-48 hours. OCCUPIED CONSULTATION (Clients living in the residence for sell) After consultation and the agreed upon improvements have been completed our team will use certain existing furnishing to highlight the home. In some cases additional furnishing and rented accessories will be brought in to showcase the home. VACANT CONSULTATION (A vacant home ready for staging!) We will move in all the furnishing, lifestyle, accessories, artwork and soft goods (textiles, bedding, accent pillows) to create a welcoming space that will be attractive to all buyers.
