I did not realize when we booked their services that we were paying for time at the house dedicated to cleaning, rather than stying on the job until everything was completed. The cleaning was not a thorough as I anticipated, and I will have to finish cleaning those parts myself. The owner was respectful and very prompt in her replies to me.
