- What types of customers have you worked with?
I seem to do a lot of over fireplace installations lately, along with sound bars, and wireless integration for smart TV's
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have been selling the Polk Audio Surround Bar 4000, 6000, cheaper that the stores with the wireless sub like hotcakes! Ask me about them! They are great for apartments, condo's and smaller homes. They work seamlessly and even have an ipod/iphone plug. The remote is slender and stylish! Just be careful not to lose it. They are also very easy to use from the unit itself. I have always been a lover of installing all audio equipment, but these are phenomenal! I have installed no less that 20 of these in the last few weeks. I am an authorized Polk, Samsung, Denon, Marantz, Toshiba, Sharp, Bose, Current Audio, JVC, Panasonic, dealer, along with many more!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions about Longevity, License, and skill level. Make sure they have proof of experience by portfolio, references and a knowledge of product and what it takes to get the job done. We have made plenty of people go with us just because of our ability to break down the installation or sale down to layman's terms. You want a courteous, knowledgeable person to answer your call. Make sure it's what they do every day. Not a moonlighter. That about covers it! ;)
