Hello, my name is Courtney! I started teaching in April of 2021 in a studio setting but would love to be able to take my skills further in assisting clients one on one. I received my 200 hour certification in March 2020 and am extremely passionate about sharing this journey with anyone who’s seeking guidance to enhance further in their yoga practice.
