I'm don't think I could consider him to be a pro, but he did a good job replacing my gas oven. He wasn't going to put put some teflon wrapping to prevent leakage in the pipe (maybe he forgot). I had to tell him to do it. He didn't have any, so he went and bought some, which was good. He bought a gas pipe as well so we could put in the correct length of the pipe for the oven (the oven had a small pipe, which could have been a problem). I had to tell him to check for leakage of gas. He didn't really remember to do that himself. I think if you know what needs to be done then you can supervise him to get things done right. It worked out for me because he disposed of my old oven as well. He could do better if he took care of these types of safety issues himself without someone having to tell him what to do.
He installed a gas stove. Therected was a problem with the pipe. He took care of the problem in a very professional way. He did everything well.
We had a stove pipe leak in our house, and because it's the rainy season, roofers are generally busy and we didn't expect to get a call back so quickly. B&M to the rescue! Brian was the first to respond to us, offered to have a look at the roof the next day, and fixed the entire problem the day after that. We really appreciated his speed and responsiveness because the issue was very time sensitive. We had such a good experience with Brian that we will probably have him install skylights for us, too!
We've had leaks and backups from our kitchen sink for months and we were constantly wiping up water that had spilled over from the pipes onto our kitchen floor. Pierce County Plumbing was the first quote I received after typing up my issue. I called them the next morning and spoke to Joe, the owner. First I was surprised to have a real person answer the phone, then to my surprise again he said he could be at my home same day, within an hour or so. Wow! Joe showed up, told me I needed a complete rebuild of the kitchen pipes. They not only were installed wrong, they were not within code standards. He told me the cost and it was higher than the original quote I received on Thumbtack...a couple hundred dollars higher! But he said since he sent me the amount quoted online he would honor that price. Wow! From the time I contacted Joe to the time he finished the work, it was a total of 2 hours! Joe texted me and told me he was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes. He showed up on time, assessed the problem, fixed it (remember, this was an enter rebuild of the pipes) and cleaned up all in 30 minutes! We even chatted the entire time he worked. I would 100% recommend this company to a friend. They are timely, professional, polite and do outstanding work. I also asked about recommendations on installing a new garage disposal. Joe answered all my questions and I will definitely call him when we are ready to do that install. Thank you, Joe. *If I could post photos of before and after so you can see the transformation, I would. Excellent!
What I really love about the company is their professional and courteous manner in dealing with their clients. They were just very understanding and was always all-ears when we voiced out our concerns. Additionally, they helped us understand what was being done so that we can learn from the experience. They did not simply do the job right, but they showed us some tricks to be able to solve some of the most common plumbing problems that a lot of homeowners face from leaking faucets, toilets, showers, kitchen pipes, and the like. They are one of the best plumbers we have hired in the past decade, and we will definitely have them again for future services.
We hired Jason from Regulators Plumbing because he was reasonable in price, responsive, and knowledgeable. We relocated several pipes in our bathroom and he was able to complete the rough-in in a good amount of time. He was even willing to come and dig up our cement foundation floor with a jack hammer. He was able to work through problems and come up with a solution. I think the most important thing for me was that he was responsive. Any time I texted, he responded in a very timely manner. If I said, OK we are ready to install the bathtub now--he had time for us by the next week. We will definitely be calling Jason for any future plumbing needs. thanks a lot
I had 2 toilets replaced and some pipe replacement to my hot water heater as well as 2 shower heads replaced. James did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure that everythin worked. He even replaced the rusted pipes going to the hot water heater with a red pipe for the hot and a blue pipe for the cold. How cool is that.
Coming home from vacation, our front lawn was pooling what I thought was rain, but a broken water pipe. I called Plumbing Masters NW and had them come out and see the extent of the damage and see what they would be able to help me. They gave me option, to repair or to replace. What I liked about these guys, they're very honest and transparent about their pricing. After we decided to go with the replacement, Rob and his team rolled up their sleeves and got to work. There were city permits and other things that needed to be done, but Rob took care of all of it. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole entire repair job, which was nice. The job took about 2 days, and Mark and Rob's son Jr, made sure we had water everyday by rerouting the water for us. They even came on a Sunday to get things done. At the end, they stayed right on with the estimate they gave me and we were very satisfied with their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Hopefully not for the same repair. They really strive for customer satisfaction, and was much appreciated! Thank you Rob and the team!
Enrique is a "Jack of all Trades". He was contracted to paint the exterior of the house. Before all work had been completed he had also re-roofed the flat roof of the house addition, replaced the water tank, repaired loose hanging gutters and did some minor drywall repair. Too, he noticed some incidental items that needed addressing. He corrected these at no additional charge. He was prompt and completed all work in an agreed upon time frame. I highly recommend him.
Gil Bernard was great! He instantly determined the install wasn't done properly and within ten seconds noticed there was a leak. The copper pipe was leaking due to improper pipe installation and soldering. He replaced the pipe and ameliorated other issues with the install and serviced our tankless water heater. We will certainly call him again for any plumbing or other issues in the future. Steve Wise
re pipe they where fast, 1/2 the time quoted. thanks guys.
Z.J.H. Handyman Services put in 2 fences for us and did an excellent job. The backyard has a cedar privacy fence and the front yard has a sturdy, aluminum fence and both look solid and great. Dogs love it. Once the materials were delivered, Z.J.H finished on time and to the estimate. As anticipated, the irrigation pipes posed a challenge with the fence posts but the contractor was able to work around them or reroute anything in the way. Would highly recommend to anyone look for fence building.
Terry got me a quote within hours, and was at my house just 2 hours later. I had a leaking pipe from my toilet and he repaired it in less than 15 minutes. The price was very reasonable too. I only wish I found him sooner. I will be keeping his contact information for all my home repair needs.
Help me with a shower leak and also looked at the kitchen pipes for me as well. Very friendly and very helpful for me to understand.
Aaron was prompt and professional, he contacted me immediately and set up a time to come to look at my drain pipe problem. He was able to quickly resolve my problem with a price that I was more than happy with. I highly recommend and would definitely use Jafco again!
I had a pretty large job and got many quotes, but Scott had the best combination of professionalism, flexibility, and value. We ultimately went with Scott over bids with lower prices because he demonstrated that he cared about doing the job right in a way that would last. Looking at the final product, it is obvious that he put thought into the placement of every pipe. Highly recommended.
Sterling Carpentry came in the very next day and did a plumbing job for me - moving pipes and installing a new shower valve. I was really impressed and he does electrical too! Will definitely be working with him again.
Marty was on time, organized and quickly detected the problem we were having. He discovered cracks in the chalk in our shower which led to water leaking into our crawl space. We were able to remedy the problem ourselves but not without Marty's thorough detective work. I found his prices to be very reasonable as well.
Our water heater decided to go out on us Saturday evening. We have had it for 22 years and it reached its life span. I tried to shut off the water to the tank and that broke as well. So, it leaked all night and flooded our laundry room the next morning. I called Ally Plumbing and they sent Joe out to give us an estimate. He also capped the pipe where the valve broke. The next morning Joe showed back up to take out the old water heater and install the new one. He was friendly and worked hard. I spent most of the time watching him and asked questions. He was very patient and explained the process and ways to make the new one last for many years. He was finished by noon and I was very pleased with his work. I have finally found an honest and reliable plumber and plumbing company.
Raymark arrived quickly after we had problem with a buried sewer pipe. They excavated using shovels to minimize garden damage and repaired the sewer pipe efficiently within 24 hours. Very impressive. They were polite and easy to deal with. I also called Raymark to replace our faucet and reverse osmosis water filter system. Again they responded and completed the job professionally within 24 hours. Job done. Happy.
I had an excellent experience with Darren from Treharne Plumbing. I need to upgrade my drain lines for a remodel and moving the kitchen sink and clothes water onto the bathroom drain system. The drain consisted of cast iron and galvinized pipe. I thought that the 4" Cast Iron was going to have to be modified but Darren thought we could get by and upgrade the galvinized pipe to 2" ABS and pulled out his code book that he had in the truck to verify. Several other plumbers that came over to bid on my project came the same conclusion which saved me alot of money in plumbing cost. Darren gave me a bid the next day and after all of the bids were in, his was the lowest and but also complete with no lose ends. I schedule Darren to come out several weeks later as i was replacing the water lines myself and needed to get some work done before replacing the drain lines. Darren called to say he was going to be an hour late, which I could understand as it was snowing outside. Once he arrived he went quickly to work getting all the parts in place. I needed to leave to do some shopping and he took a break to pull a permit before he started the actual work. When I came back home, he was waiting for me and let me know that the city let him put his work on my water line permit and saved me another $134 in permitting fees. He finished the rough-in in about 4 hours and filled the system and notifed the city for inspection the next day. The inspector showed up the next morning and everything passed inspection and I called Darren to scheduled him to finish the project. He said he was near by and would be over in 30 minutes to complete the project. He was over on time and connected everything and all was my plumbing was funtional a little over 24 hours after he started. I am very happy with Darren from Treharne Plumbing and will ask him to bid on other projects I have in the future.
